Product Lead

TANGGapp is looking for an experienced Product Lead to shape the future of TANGGapp. In this high-impact role, you will lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a product team, all while aligning with TANGGapp’s mission and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the overall product strategy, aligning it with business goals. Set a clear vision for product growth and innovation.
Product Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market opportunities. Communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders, and ensure it reflects the needs of users and the business.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional product team, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within your team.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, market trends, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions. Prioritize product features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals.
Continuous Discovery: Oversee user research to ensure the product meets the evolving needs of users and the market. Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
Metric Tracking: Define key success metrics and ensure they are met through continuous iteration. Measure the effectiveness of product initiatives through data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

5-7 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in product management.
Proven experience in leading product in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in fintech or emerging markets.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working across functions, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.
Ability to develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, while also being hands-on in executing it.
Skilled in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make informed decisions in a dynamic startup environment.
Passion for fintech and financial inclusion, with a willingness to get involved in any task to ensure the success of the team and the product.
